ADK Realty & Consulting Services LLC was founded in 2002 in East Brunswick, NJ, where we worked on redevelopment projects. In 2006, owner/broker JoAnn Petrizzo brought the company to Toms River, NJ, her home for many years. Since that time we have grown in sales and staff. In 2012, we acquired All Active Realty and moved to our current office, 1071 Route 37 in Toms River, NJ, West, at the intersection of Bananier Road in the Favorites Shopping Center.

The Company Name
When people come to ADK Realty & Consulting Services LLC to purchase homes for sale, they often ask about the company name. It’s quite simple. JoAnn and her husband Peter used the names of their five grandchildren: Alexis & Athena, Dominick, Diana & Kali, as the inspiration for the name.
